Plex Mix - not available for all music albums?

Hi

I have a problem with plex mix. For a lot of my albums, plex mix is not available, around 30-40%. I cannot se any differences to other albums when checking tags or file naming. So it seems Plex Mix is buggy, the PMS respectively.

I’m working with OS X 10.13.1, PMS Version 1.11.1.4730, using Plex Web or Plex Player version Version 3.29.7 (2.3.0.774 ?).
For using Plex Mix I have build new Plex Premium libraries. I also have rebuild/repaired my libraries as recommended by plex.tv.

Any suggestions? Do I post in the correct forum or should it be moved to another?
