I tried to use Plex Mix today on PMS 1.7.6.4058, and I noticed that the options was not available for any of the tracks that I check. Which I checked for severals artists. I did not check my entire collection but I am sure that I the option is not available for arts that had it before.
This is an issue or the option is not available anymore?
I’m having the same issue. Have you found any resolution yet? Seems to be more of a problem when logged in thru my desktop than my phone.
Same for me. No Plex Mix available for my library in Plex Media Player, Web Client or Android. Can this be fixed please? I’m running Plex Media Server 1.8.0.4109 on Windows.
I had not noticed, but Plex Mix is available through the iOS client for me. So it seems to a be a PlexWeb issue.

I am running latest media server software 1.9.2.4285 I have moods but no plex mix on IOS media server and plexweb. i am very disappointed as my son bought me a plex pass for my birhday knowing I wished to use the plex mix feature,. What is going on , why is nobody responding, so many folks seem to have the same problem?
I too have been having the same problem with Web, iOS and Roku clients. I’ve rescanned and analyzed the library separately with no affect.
