After recently becoming a Plex Pass subscriber, I deleted my old music library and added a Premium music library to take advantage of the Mood filtering and Plex Mix. I am able to filter by Mood, but none of my music gives me the option to start a Plex Mix. The metadata appears to be properly matched. My server is running from a Mac Mini and is constantly connected to the internet. I’ve tried to locate this feature on a variety of devices: Mac Mini (Safari), Windows PC (Chrome and Internet Explorer), iPad Air 2 and iPhone 7. I have a variety of music file types: flac, mp3, wav, wma, etc. Please help me get the Plex Mix feature.

Have you tried playing a song and then selecting “Queue Plex Mix” located under the *** on Plex Web?

Thank you! I had not tried this option. It does work from Plex Web as well as iOS!

You’re welcome. There is a bug with Plex Web that they have not fixed when it comes to select Plex Mix from a song so easy and on iOS, you’d have to press on the song to see the options. Glad I can help.
