So, maybe I don’t know what I’m doing, but I am running a Plex Server on a Truenas core 12 install. Everything works fine in the web app. The problem Im having is remote connections on the mobile app.
A quick rundown on my setup: incoming traffic comes to my router and is forwarded to a load balancer that uses L7 content switching. Going to ‘plex.mydomain.com’ gets routed to my plex server. Going to the proper URL on a webpage brings up the server just fine, but I cannot seem to figure out how to add the custom URL to the plex app so that it can connect remotely.
