Plex Model 4802CA Stops with "cannot find file"

Playing episodes back to back and suddenly get the error “Cannot find file” Running on a Ubuntu server same as for many years. Drives are mapped at startup.

Play will continue after a couple retries.

Looks like PMS crashed when you tried to play that next episode. PMS took a little while to come back up, but then it played properly.

I can’t tell why it crashed. Could be a one-off glitch. The only thing I do see is that you have the option enabled on your server to support IPv6. I would suggest turning that off.
