Plex move from Windows 11 to a new server - Libraries not showing

My copy has been done while server was down. After the installation, the copy of the Plex Media Server content to the new target server done, all the config, users, read / not read info was there but only after the creation of the libraries, because none was showing up after the new server start. It’s like all was found except libraries configuration.

  1. All matching adjustments done previously have gone
  2. 99% of the collections have gone as well and some movies have not been found (I have less scanned movies than found in the folders).
  3. “Continue Watching” in Home is ok on Samsung TV, Android or iPad but empty on the web. Solved by unchecking Merge Recently Added items option in Settings > Libraries. Checking again keep “Continue Watching” in Home
  4. All the viewing history is gone as well

Question:

  1. Plex consider \dst\video to be the same as m:\video? Assuming that m: has been mapped to a NAS shared folder \dst\video.
  2. Where are the libraries configuration stored?
