Plex Movie Agent no longer working after update (DSM 7)

Hey all. I’m not sure what logs could provide for this but I’m happy to share anything that may help. I recently updated to the latest PMS on DSM 7 and it seems the Plex Movie Agent stopped working. It no longer matches any new file I throw into Plex, no matter the library. I’ve changed nothing about my naming of files nor anything else outside upgrading.

I switched back to TMDB agent and things are seeking and matching fine. But when I switch back to the Plex agent its no longer able to find matches for anything. I tried searching the forums but couldn’t find anything on this (unless I’m garbage at searching).

Any idea how to fix? I’ve really enjoyed the switch over to Plex Agent from TMBD and would love to stick with it. Happy to share any info that could make this easier to resolve.

That would make some sense, really hoping that’s the issue! Here are the logs I’ve pulled. If I’ve done so incorrectly or you need something else, please let me know.

Sorry. I cannot access via File Station since my PMS was installed to /var/packages. Still a bit new to Synology so if I can add this path to my File Station that would be great. Only way I know how to access is via SSH which is why I just downloaded the logs from the Plex settings and uploaded that for you.

Ok, I will need to do so tomorrow. It’s rather late and if something goes wrong with the reinstall I won’t be able to sleep until its fixed.

I’m not sure if there is something special that needs to be done to uninstall but retain files. I don’t want to risk losing my collection or poster data so I’ll probably want to backup everything first before doing so (unless you say its a simple/quick/harmless thing).

Just to understand technically, will doing what you’re stating provide any different logs than what was include in the zip in my previous message?
