Plex Movie Agent not using imdb ID

I am trying to match a file but have not been successful with the standard Name (Year) approach. After reading through the help articles I decided to add the exact imdb ID but the plex agent does not seem to be using it when searching. This is the file in question:
Loop (2020) {imdb-tt9536836}.mkv

The search options box does not show any text field for entering imdb id, just the title and the year.

Looks like this is classified as a episode on imdb ("SparkShorts" Loop (TV Episode 2020) - IMDb) which is most likely why its not being matched. Try tmdb-574089 as the id for matching.

You can enter the IMDb reference in the title field, preferably leaving the year empty.

You can try the TMDB ID instead. It appears as a short movie on there.
