Plex MS Won’t Install Correctly - Click Launch nothing happens. Multiple uninstall and reinstalls. Any help?!

Hi, I have installed Plex MS on Windows 10 and it won’t launch once installed, therefore setup cannot be completed. This has happened numerous times, I have uninstalled it and then reinstalled to no avail. Please advise as this is so irritating. Thanks

Followed your advice exactly but nothing working. Performed it 3 times and still nothing.

What happens if you open the URL http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
in your web browser, after the installation.
