I’m importing lots of educational music which I have from my school - which doesn’t have any cover art available. Is there any way to have a global cover for all of these albums or a cover which would just feature the name of the album?

The only thing you can do is to supply the cover art yourself.
Place a picture file named cover.jpg in the folder of each album.
I’m surprised there’s not an option to do this… Missing album art must happen regularly. Is there a plugin which can sort this?
