Plex Music (I LOVE IT) ... and a small layout change???

Ok - this weekend I rolled my music into Plex. My expectations were reasonably low - but I was really surprised how awesome the implementation ended up being.

One thing that stands out as a little off though in the client interface is switching between SYNC’ed and ALL.

#1 Once I look at SYNC’ed music and then click back to ALL, I lose my SORT. Would be nice if the SORT stuck.

#2 Considering how other music apps treat ALL the music (catalog/store) and what’s downloaded (sync/local), I think it would be easier if at the bottom where there’s the Discover/Browse buttons it was Discover/Browse/Synced. – Instead of hiding that synced button under the filter combo.

Which client please? Which server version are you using? Server version is especially important because a bug in 1.5.1 about sorting was discovered, reported, and already in Engineering’s hands about it

What can you tell us please about what you’re using?

IOS. Client is updated. Server is Version 1.5.2.3557.

Can we try that again with a little more detail? :slight_smile:

  1. Plex for iOS is version 4.10
  2. PMS is now 1.5.4

Ubuntu Plex server Version 1.5.4.3596, IOS Client version 4.10. Going from viewing Synced Only back to ALL and the sort resets to default.
