Plex on iPhone IOS 18.4 - couldn't open one music library, opened playlists instead, my iPad is OK

Server Version#: latest
Player Version#: not sure - deleted it so I could re-install it but now can only find ‘Plex: Watch Live TV & Movies’ in App store
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I had restarted Plex server on PC, rebooted PC, shut down iPhone. nothing worked so I deleted the app and now can’t replace it. So, where do I find the proper Plex app to re-install?

The regular Plex app doesn’t support Photo or Music libraries anymore.
Use Plexamp for music.

I have looked at Plexamp for a few years now and it doesn’t really meet my needs. I have 8,000 albums that I take meticulous care in tagging properly. I enjoyed being able to sort them in many ways, Title, Album Artist, Date added and others but I can’t seem to be able to do so intuitively. Is there some documentation available?

You can do all of that. You can even use advanced filters which were not available in the old app.
Start on the “Library” tab.
Then select e.g. Artists. Filters are available under the
grafik
icon.
Sorting is under the ellipsis (), right of the Casting icon.

Some use cases may be more convenient if you change your approach a bit. Like creating smart collections/playlists, or using the various radios. (some of them can also use your genre tags).
You can pin often used filters to the Home page.

Thanks for the info.
I reloaded Plexamp on my iphone and it’s behaving better now. Doesn’t look too bad after all!
