For the Love of God can we please put basic music play into the plex app or make this new Plex Music have a simple file folder option? I don’t give a h00t about DJ Poops his pants. If I’m using your app, I’m in a car. A one armed man needs to hit a button and have no more than 3 clicks to get artist, album and song he wants to play!

If you are using iOS another useful music app is Prism (from the developer of the audiobook app Prologue). 
plex had a great all-in-one app and I paid for the plex pass. Now some genius is messin it up and should be fired. I’m all for “new-ness”. Ur give users option 1st. I took the time before a parent teacher conference to make this post. Plex Forked up my drive to school. I regretted not listening to FM. Just wanted to jam some Cake. Quit making my life hard Plex! ….(checking out prism) 
Did you not install and setup Plexamp? Plexamp is constantly updated for music and the best way to listen to music with a plex server. 2-4 clicks to get what you need in the car or in the app.
Also Prism hasn’t been updated in over 3 years and the dev mainly focuses on Prologue. Plexamp is your best bet for a music player with Plex even before the UI change.
