Plex Music - Use Poster in Media folder

Hey guys,
Been using PLEX for years and love it, decided to use it for my music collection as well, and running into lots of issues. I have a lot of music from local artists, so they are not well known artists, and here is how I have my folders setup
ARTISTNAME
-----ALBUM1
-----------mp3 files here
-----ALBUM2
-----------mp3 files here

now each mp3 file has cover ART embedded in , and that cover art IS showing when I click on “ARTISTNAME” , however, the ARTISTNAME has no poster, I assume it is because plex can not find these artist, in some cases it has linked them to some other wrong artist.
My question:

  1. Is there anyway to have Plex use one of the embedded cover art for the Artistname so its not empty?
  2. I have un-matched the wrong ARTISTNAME but I can not figure out how to REMOVE the wrong poster that has synced.
