Hello

I use the Legion Laptop under windows 11 on which PMS was installed,
I wanted to download the latest version of PMS, but the access page of Plex was unavailable
I changed the DNS of the network card to those of Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4

after restarting the PC, I was able to access the homepage and download the latest version of PMS
I was thus able to make the film, but at the end I have an error message that I didn’t have time to note with the mention “HTLM”

I tried to launch the PLEX application on my LG OLED TV and I got an error message ‘PLEX Network Unavaible’ whether it’s wired or in Wifi, in the Bbox the port 32400 is well opened

I installed a small NUC GMKtec Mini PC Windows 11 Pro N97 on which I installed PMS and same problem with the Plex application from LG, I tried with a Linux kernel on the GMKtec Mini PC and it’s the same thing…

Your image doesn’t show. No need to use an extension website, just attach the image to your post.

If you only changed the dns on your computer, that won’t fix other devices like the tv. You should set the dns in your router so all your devices can work.
