Plex APP on LG WebOS 05.40.20 Network Unavailable

I’m new here and I don’t know if this is the correct pocal for publishing this type of occurrences.

I have all my TVs with LG WebOS software version 05.40.20, and lately the Plex APP is stuck on the home screen, with the following message "Network Unavailable. Make sure your device is connected to your network and has a working internet connection.” However I have access to the internet, sometimes the message comes out after a few minutes and I can access my Plex bookstore but this does not always happen and it is frustrating to have to wait some time to open the APP.

This has never happened before via perfectly Plex in the native APP of LG WebOS, I have already turned off the tv on the plug, I have already removed it and reinstalled it, I have already searched the net for all the possible solutions and nothing… can someone help me, or report the problem to the support team to unlock this error?!

I am having exactly the same problem. Started a couple of weeks ago. Checked all parts but not found the cause yet.

Same here, also started a couple of weeks ago. The only solution seems to disconnect the app and re-pair it everytime.

Using an LG OLED G3, running WebOS

My TV and Plex Server are in Different VLANs, all required Ports are open & Firewall + DNS is checked - no issue there. Just blocking the analytics stuff network wide, but Windows, MacOS, iOS & FireTV app running without problems.

Looks like its caused from the Plex App itself.
