Whenever I open the Plex app on my iPhone, I get the error “No Content” and none of my libraries show.
When I close and reload the app, it shows. So it’s not an issue with my server, it’s an app issue.
This is extremely annoying because I have to open the app twice every time I want to watch something.
This seems to be an issue with the latest update. I was not having this issue beforehand, but now I am constantly having this issue. It is debilitating and it honestly makes Plex impossible to use on my mobile device.
Is there any word on when this will be fixed? I did not pay for Plex Pass lifetime to experience such shoddy UI. Thank you.
Same has been happening here too and continues with v2025.31.0(1431).
It appears there’s always a very lengthy delay while it verifies connections and often reports them incorrectly too (local vs remote etc) compared to accessing the same server(s) through app.plex.tv
I’m a new user and I’m so glad to hear this isn’t normal behavior. I was becoming quite disappointed in the performance and thought that was just the norm.
Apologize for the frustration of this bug. We are in the process of trying to get 2025.31.1 out the door as soon as possible, which should have a fix for this issue.
