Plex no longer connects to my PR4100 NAS

Yesterday, Plex stopped connecting to my PR4100…not sure why…I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. on my server, closed my Norton (but it worked before with it on) and I am stumped and frustrated…anyone have any ideas on how to get back in, would be greatly appreciated…I can still access my files through my network, just Plex give me error symbols next to my PR4100…
