Plex no longer functioning - WDMyCloud

I have had Plex server on my WD MyCloud device for many years, no issues, till today.

I went to my Plex and none of my items were showing, custom directories, etc.

So, I rebooted MyCloud, no luck, went to configure Plex, all it came up is with a blank page.

I went and uninstalled Plex, rebooted MyCloud, reinstalled, rebooted and tried again. No luck at all.

I checked the custom directory structure and everything is still there, so, something happened. I even downloaded the plex for my unit and did the update, still does not work.

Any suggestions or recommendations on what to try to get it to work again?

Is it a Plex update or a WDMycloud update that caused it?

So I was having trouble myself with my WD PR4100 and after the latest update my Plex server would not load.

So I tried uninstalling/ reinstalling and was considering giving up until I just went back into the MyCloud software - went to Plex Media Server in installed apps and the Run App toggle was switch to off!!

Toggle it back on an hey presto.. back online! Worth a check!
