This issue has finally resolved itself. Plex version on Netgear was updated (automatically) to 1.22.3.4392-d7c624def Apr 19, 2021. The prior version dated September of 2020. The problem lies with Netgear not updating the Plex software and their horrible - non-existent support. The same goes for plex.
