Plex not adding new folders after upgrade to latest version

Hey guys, hope you are all well

I have had this issue for a while, when i go to upgrade my plex server to tthe latest version and then i try and add new folders via manage library, it will not let me add any folders, so i have to roll back my plex server software to a version that works.

I have tried multiple times to fix this by upgrading when there is an update is out, but nothing will fix this issue i have and i have to keep rolling back.

It would be much appreciated if someone would be able to help me with this issue. I would upload my logs but they are siting at 52mb so not sure what part is required.

Have you tried just adding your main TV folder and not each sub folder?

I think that’s the way you’re supposed to do it.

Thank you both for your suggestions, I have ttried to add the main tv folder and i still get the same issue, that it is not letting me add butt if i roll back to an earlier build it lets me add

so looks like i have went down tthe same rabbit hole, this is going to take ages to fix, oh joy.

but all i can say is thank you to all who pointed me in the right direction

Shouldn’t take that long to hit the “X” on all of those subfolders and only leave the main TV folder.

Why is there a “K” and “L” drive with the same “### TV ###” folder?
