What do you mean working together?
PLEX has an addon for kodi yes, this gives you access to your PLEX SERVER through KODI.

BUT

PLEX WILL NEVER GIVE YOU ACCESS TO PIRATED MEDIA. GET IT IN YOUR HEAD.
