Plex not finding episodes

Hello,

Plex seems not able to find my media in folders, Even when the naming scheme seems to be correct.

/FileServer/Shows/King Of The Hill/King Of The Hill S01/King Of The Hill - 1x01 - Pilot

Any help would be amazing!

Hi, sadly the naming scheme isn’t correct for Plex…

For your particular example, naming should be like this:

/FileServer
   /Shows
      /King Of The Hill
         /Season 01
            /King Of The Hill - s01e01 - Pilot

So I set all files up like this, and still nothing.

Example File address : Z:\shows\Futurama\Season 01\Futurama - s01e01 - Space Pilot 3000

If PMS has already scanned the files (because you renamed them after scanning)

1. Move the files to some place not monitored.
2. Scan files
3. Empty Trash
4. Clean Bundles
5. Movie them back
6. Scan files again.

If correctly named and structured, they will be found.
