Hi, Plex suddenly has reset it’s self the other night and now some shows it can’t find.
For example Star Trek from 1966 …no match. Only a week ago all shows I had were found easily. I’ve not touched or updated anything. I’m running it on a WD My cloud which has work well for 2 years!! Please help.
Perform a Fix Match. Instead of the show name, search with the TheTVDB.com show ID, 77526 for Star Trek. Leave the year blank. This should find a match.
TheTVDB is making some changes to their system and it is causing issues with TV show matching for Plex. See this post for additional details.

Bit annoying that Plex can’t find it directly…but great work around mate…
