Plex can't find metadata although show exist in the TVDB

Server Version#: Version 1.17.0.170
I’m having issues with both the shows Mixed-ish and The Politician finding matches through the Plex agent. If I try to match it via the Plex web interface using the The TVDB agent it shows possible matches but not for the shows that I’m actually dealing with. Going to the TVDB website both the shows are already present there so not sure why it isn’t matching.

do a fix match or match, click search options and put the tvdb ID number in the name/title field

for mixed-ish it is 363427

for the politician 361411

the top one in results will be the right one
