My computer skills are low and I have the same problem, besides my english for these subject that is so weak
My Plex was downloading metadata normally but suddenly it stopped
I read some other people in the forum and I tryed to use my mobile as modem. It worked well
The metadata are downloaded normally but it waste all my mobile internet that´s expensive in Brazil. Bersides that, I want to really fix the problem.
Could you give me a basic step by step to try to do what you did?

I’m trying to access Plex Forum to enter this message but i don’t know what’s happening.
After a long activity here with my network provider, i convinced him to disable IPv6 in my Pc network adapter, once my mobile provides only ipv4
It was successful and i would like to share this with other people in the forum
People in the forum helped me a lot once, If i haven’t read It in the fórum, i would never know that there os something called IPv6
I just think Plex might have a “Test Your connection” button or step by step instructions in the troubleshoting section
It would save a lot of work for people people like me

Sorry if I communicated by email, I was receiving your messages by email in my mobile and answering the same way, once I was not logged in. I was very anxious to fix the problem.
The problem is fixed now as I said before. We disconnected IPV6 in the PC network adapter.
I use here a dual band modem with wifi without router appart. So I received they´re personnal support and I was looking for closed doors or a IPV6 problem as I read in the forum
I think my Plex log is no longer usefull and I’m not close to my server now.
