Plex not finding one episode of a show

Missing episode

How my file is named:

RiffTrax - S03E117 - Courtesy A Good Eggsample

All other 342 episodes show up fine

File and folder permissions are fine, same as other episodes.

I copied and renamed one episode with the missing episode, still doesn’t find it. Made a new directory directly on the server with that episode, added it to TV library, still doesn’t find it.

I have done the PleX Dance with no success.

What else can I try?

How large is the file? Plex will ignore any files which are less than 300 MB in size and have “sample” in the file name:

So, try removing “sample” from the file name to see if that helps.

Good catch! It is below 300MB so I renamed it to:

RiffTrax - S03E117 - Courtesy A Good Egg

And it showed up. Thanks!
