Plex not getting Metadata for TV Shows

Hi

I have enjoyed Plex a lot this year so far, but since about 4 days ago, when adding a new episode to my library, the PMS does not download ANY metadata. This is only for TV Shows and some of my songs (I don’t care much about the metadata at this stage). I have tried almost everything I read on the Plex forums. So yesterday I decided to uninstall Plex from my TerraMaster NAS device and start from scratch. To my surprise, all the metadata for the movies loaded, but some of my TV Shows did not load any metadata.
What must I provide for better diagnostics?

And whilst editing, I have seen the thread discussing the issue with TheTVDB, I will just wait it out and post back.
