Hi guys,
My server is an official PMS Docker container running on unraid
I’ve recently added a new album to plex and the server is only detecting 10 of the 22 files.
The current steps I’ve taken are as follows:
- Ive refreshed metadata, analysed, and tried to fix the match of the files
- Ive stripped the metadata from the files and checked their integrity (they are not corrupted)
- double checked the naming convention of the files and its following the recommended plex conventions
- searched for the file in case it for some reason has been added in plex under an unknown artist
- I have set the permissions of the folder and the files to 777 (ik i could have gotten away with 755 but i was playing it safe)
- I have completed an automated corruption check and repair of the plex database through Plex SQLite
still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.
