I’ve had a problem getting Plex to open on my AppleTV for some time now. I click on the Plex app and it loads a black screen. The black sreeen stays from 1-2 minutes then goes right back to the AppleTV home screen. As of typing this I have to open it 15 to 20 time to acutally get it to load anything other than a black screen. I have removed Plex and reinstalled it countless times trying to fix this but it still happens.
Hopefully someone can help.
On what Apple TV model with what version of tvOS are you experiencing this?
Which version of Plex do you have installed on that Apple TV?

tvOS: 15.3 (19K547)
Plex: 7.29.1
Have you already tried rebooting the Appke TV itself?
I’ve restarted it using the Restart in the Settings. I’ve pulled the power cable out then plugged it back in again. I’ve uninstalled Plex and reinstalled it again and still no joy.
do you get to a point where you can access the app logs?
