Plex not loading Season artwork/music

Couple of metadata issues:

1. Ever since migrating from my PC to my Synology, metadata for movies will pull, but not choose the default poster and instead show a random screen from the movie thus making me manually have to go in and select. Minor, but never happened before on my PC.

2. Biggest issue I’m having is pulling metadata for my TV shows. I have TVdb set as the top choice. For instance, MST3K pulls summary, backgrounds, and cast, but not the music, season artwork, or even the poster artwork for the show itself. Same thing happened when I added Criminal Minds and Preacher.

Is there an issue with the latest update that just happens to coincide with my migration/upgrade?
