Plex not matching a movie with symbols in the title

I am having trouble to get it matching this movie:

Folder structure looks like this:

\STORAGE\media\movies[REC] (2007)[REC] (2007).mkv

How do I make this match?

Drop it into filebot and see what filebot renames it to.

File name characters between angular brackets are ignored by Plex.
In such a case leave out the brackets (or other special characters).

If you look up your movie on the IMBd, you can also look for alternative spellings under Also known as:

You can also force a match by using the ID number “tt1038988” in the search field.

Forcing the IMDB number worked. Thanks! Apparently I just wasn’t giving it enough time to return results. It sat and spun for 50 seconds.
