I have filebot rename films to plex format and hard link to a plex monitored folder, but plex fails to find a match for the films, even manually doing it does not offer suggestions. Permissions on the linked and source file are correct.
Am i missing something?
If Plex sees the file, it shouldn’t matter if it is a hard link or not. Can you try adding a new file, running the scanner, then providing me the full PMS logs?

Hi, literally any Movie, theyre all hard linked and not matching. Strangely some files seems to match with actor details and extras etc, but no movie posters
They appear to be matched. Can you provide me the XML for Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. If it’s just the posters that could be some other issue.
