Why does Plex sometimes have a hard time parsing the media’s metadata and returning anything or the correct data? For example, when trying to load The Investigation (Efterforskningen) it doesn’t pick it up. I tried various naming formats, e.g. The Investigation, Efterforskningen, The Investigation (Efterforskningen). All return what we see below except for ‘The Investigation’ which seems to return the wrong show’s metadata entirely. All other media works fine in this and other libraries.
