Plex not Picking up the Eposides Names

Plex not picking up the Episodes Names, Rather would just say Episodes 1-etc… I have working for one folder but won’t for others, the format is exactly the same as below:

For working folder:
Windows - S01E004 - DNS Forwarding and PowerShell Intro
Example of not working (folders).
Windows - S01E003 - Read Only Domain Controllers and Removing DCs

It’s on the latest agent I have recreated the folder on the server and then a new location on plex and rescanned it same issue.

Please Help

Update none of the folders are picking the names now, it did the first time I installed the new agent. Please advise. my format is Windows Server\0001\Windows - S0001E04 - DNS Forwarding and PowerShell Intro

can you try my scanner ? it should take the ep title in filename at least
Which metadata source is used or library type? series, home video?
