Plex not playing anything from the Plex Media Server on my LG TV

We suffered an ISP connection outage while watching video from our Plex Server on our LG OLED TV. After services were restored we have been unable to achieve Plex playback of anything on the TV. All interface and library data appear normally but when an item is selected to play we get ‘an unexpected playback error occurred’. Playback occurs normally on our desktop PC. All elements have been uninstalled and re-installed without success.

Can only suggest you gather client (LG TV) and server logs, upload here and hope a Plex employee or someone can assist.

Thanks, it appears the problem was a slow internet. Previously the playback would just stall with the ‘circle of death’ whereas now Plex provides the ‘unexpected playback error’ message.
