I just picked up a new Onn TV. When watching a file that should be displayed in letterbox format, it stretches it to full frame. I have tried all the different settings on the TV and the Plex server. It only does this with the Plex app. Netflix, Prime, etc work fine. I have another Onn TV and it works fine with it. I connected a stand alone Roku box and tried Plex with it and it works fine. Its just this TV and the Plex app. Any suggestions?
Set display mode to letterbox.
Display Mode settings:
There is no letterbox setting on the TV.
The setting is in the Plex app. It is not a TV setting.
When you go to Playback Settings, do you see an option for Display Mode?
If so, what options are available.
