hey. found out hat the issue is fixed in 1.25.3 which was causes by an issue with Easy Audio Encoder (EAE) from Dolby. you can get here with directions on how to install. Shield experience 9 upgrade, server dissapeared - #291 by MovieFan.Plex
Due to the issues with Android 11 is why we are providing an apk. There is also a hotfix provided by Nvidia a few post above that one
