I’ve been using PMS just fine on my WDMyCloudMirror for a couple years. Today, I saw that Plex suggested an upgrade, so I downloaded it and installed it through the My Cloud admin screen. After that, the PMS no longer appears to be accessible, even though it shows as running; when I click “Configure” it attempts to go to http://wdmycloudmirror.local:32400/web/index.html# but gets ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (and when I log in to the Plex site, it now lists my NAS as inaccessible).
So I uninstalled that version, went to the “App Store” in the WD My Cloud control app (http://wdmycloudmirror.local/) and reinstalled the version they default to (1.23.6.4881) which is what I had running before. But, it still won’t connect, I get the exact same behavior. I have no idea where to even try to change or reconfigure anything. Any suggestions?
