I have a HD my passport Wirelees Pro, whit a plex server,

one week ago, qhen i try to accecs to the PMS web, in chrome,
show me this message
This site can’t be reached192.168.60.1 refused to connect. Search Google for 192 168 32400 web ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
i reinstall the database and nothing

Please anybody can helpme

Are you using: http://192.168.60.1:32400/web

If not, try that first… If it doesn’t work, I am unsure of what the problem is, but your post was kind of unclear as to what you are using.

Also, are you sure the IP address of the Passport Wireless Pro is still 192.168.60.1 ? If you had a power outage or something, that may have changed… You need to reserve that IP address for the Passport

I am also having the same issue using build PlexMediaServer-1.18.4.2171 on Synology DS-918+. Clicking Plex Media Server icon in the nas it opens Chrome then states that message you are experiencing as well. I attempted to telnet to my private nas ip using port 32400 and get no connection but using port 5001 it does respond to seeing port 5001 open on the Plex Media Server .

I later noticed this build is constantly crashing after 2 mins veiwing from installed packages and clicking on the Plex Media Server name Not the run button. This maybe why we are getting the connection error msg.

I will try a previous build for Plex Media Server and see what happens.

Appears build 1.16.5.1552 crashes as well but during the 2 minute window that Plex Server is up is allows me to connect thru the web app and see my Plex Server name green until Plex Media Server Crashes.
