ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error message

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639 (on TerraMaster TNAS)
Player Version#: 4.121.1

Just upgraded to Plex Media Server v. 1.32.8.7639 on a TerraMaster F4-421 NAS (“TNAS-00254D”). All of my video files are stored on the TNAS. I’ve had Plex set up to run directly with TNAS-00254D as the server, and seem to have an issue about every time I upgrade my PMS. In Plex Web, with the TNAS selected on the Settings page under General, it is showing “Version 4.121.1”.

In Plex Web - General, it shows “The server 'TNAS-00254D) is unreadable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.” I can access my TNAS directly via my browser, but when I am logged into the TOS and try to open PMS, I get an error stating, “This site can’t be reached. (IP address) refused to connect. … ERR-CONNECTION_REFUSED”. What other settings might I need to update?

I have had the same issue starting with Version 1.32.8.7639 on qnap nas. (ip refused to connect.) I am constantly going into the the nas and stopping and restarting Plex. Sometimes I’ll get 3 or 4 days and all works fine and other times I’ll get maybe 12hrs before I have to stop and restart the server.
