Hi,
my server has a problem recognizing certain files. I boiled it down to large HDR or DV files. Is it the file size, the codec or some other weird behavior? Please don’t tell me to check the naming guidelines, everything is in order

Why is some of my content not found?
This usually comes down to naming & organization or access permissions.
If running DSM 6, make sure the user Plex has at least read only permissions.
If running DSM 7, make sure the system internal user PlexMediaServer has at least read only permissions.
If permissions are in order, then please show how you have the files named and organized.
You can also sort for duplicates. Plex may have combined the movies for some reason. If so, you can split them apart and fix match if necessary.
