Plex not seeing certain episodes

I just added all six episodes of Garth Marenghi's Darkplace to my media folder for Plex to scan and it's only seeing the first episode.  It has the correct metadata for the show itself and the episode it recognizes, but it doesn't even see the other five episodes and they're invisible.  Is there any way I can remedy this?  I understand it's a pretty obscure TV show but I feel like Plex should at least include the files in the media server even if it doesn't have the correct metadata for them.

How do I add it manually when Plex isn't even picking up the files?  I checked the unrecognized files and they're playable and in proper format, Plex just isn't seeing them at all.

I've have this exact problem for some time. Just rebuilt on a new 2012R2 Server and imported one of the problem folders and still it doesn't show any files past the 1st episode of the season. Named exactly the same as the previous season and Metadata seems to be correct.

What are the names you are using?

If you use 

"Garth Marenghi's Darkplace"

then try

"Garth Marenghis Darkplace"

instead. Plex doesn't like special characters like '
