Plex not seeing new TV episodes or a Season of a Show already on System

As mentioned previously I am trying to add a new episode and a new season to two separate shows that are already visible on my system but are not showing up. Movies seem unaffected and the performance of my server AKA watching movies and shows is fine).

Not exactly sure which file from my logs you guys need to review but can upload if I get clarification on that, This only started happening yesterday. Uploaded something two days ago and worked fine.

I’m going to add to this that I deleted the entire series, re-scanned my tv shows and Plex didn’t even realize the series was deleted.

The poster and all episode information was still there. When trying to play the show I got an error message but there is something wrong with the Plex TV scraper or somehow mine glitched out.

After re-adding the series again and scraping nothing changed except EXCEPT the one episode I tried after deletion will no longer work

Did you empty trash& clean bundles after the scan and before adding it back?

I’m asking about that specific file.
