I don't know if this is the right place for my problem but i give it a shot. The problem i have is that plex is not showing all series. When i have "ALL" set i get 832 series but when i choose "By Folder" i get 882 series.
Is there a way to get it to show all series in the poster view?

You should use the “Find Unmatched” plugin to see which of you’re Animes are unmatched by Plex
Not sure this is necessarily an issue, my folder list is off by 3 compared to my matched list and yet my missing channel scan says nothing is missing (nor is it by a manual search) I am guessing maybe system folders are causing the difference in numbers?
I don't know about your system. If you're on Linux you've got no system folder. But another possibility is empty folders. Oh yeah that too! If you added shows using sickbeard or sonarr or something they can create a series folder with no data, so the scanner will have nothing in it for plex to find but the folder does exist.
