When I use Samsung Dex to connect to Plex and try to open my live tv guide, I get a perpetual black screen. The “what’s on" button works and also allows playback, but the guide button seems not to function as intended.
Tried clearing cache, reinstalled app, and tried in multiple devices. Please help.
