Server Version#: Latest (unable to access to check exact version)

Hello - my Server crashed and its up and running again. But, plex wont start. I’ve been using Plex for a very long time and its been really solid. But, this crash has broken something. I have a large library which I desperately want to restore (played lists etc). Any ideas / tips on how to recover Plex? I see in the log there is a file missing. No idea how this file was damaged / deleted. What is the process to recover Plex?
