Make sure you’re running Plex Media Server 1.19.2.2737.
PMS version 1.19.2.2711 beta has a fix for the legacy Samsung app. .2737 is the first non-beta release with the fix.
Plex Media Server 1.19.2.2711 is now available in the Beta update channel
