Plex not syncing to Galaxy Tab 2

Hi There,
So I’ve been having this issues for a while. Plex won’t let me sync to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 saying its out of space in the app and the site just says “waiting to be downloaded”. I’ve checked app settings and it has 8.8GB that it can use to sync. but it still says “storage limit reached”, even though the media is only 3.5GB.

A deletion of the app and tablet from the WebUI did not fix it.
I have even tried to see I a factory reset would fix it, but it didn’t.
I can sync to my iPhone 5 (16GB) which has only 2GB free and it downloaded just fine, until it filed up, so it left what fit in there.
I have tried different media and it was the same issue.
i have tried a different server and still the same issue.

Edit
Android Tablet logging.txt (1.1 MB)
Plex Media Server Logs_2018-09-07_15-20-17.zip (3.3 MB)

Thanks in Advance,
Chris

Yeah looking at the logs it’s clear that you have enough space, but the app is failing to properly detect that ([Sync] Error calculating used disk space). Thanks for reporting the issue, we’ll investigate.

I noticed you’re running version 6.17 of the app which is pretty old. Can you update to 7.5 and retry? Or maybe your device is too old and never got an upgrade to Android 6+? If that is the case then there’s not much we can do, the app requires that version of Android now.
