Plex NOT using much RAM?

So i have a rather weird “problem”, I have a Synology DS218+ with about 10Gb of RAM.
Still my server is only using around 2,4% of my RAM, even when i have a user watching. This just seems way to low, or am I incorrect?

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112

From my experience Plex doesn’t use much RAM, CPU is really what it uses for the most part for transcoding and RAM is minimal.
